Connect your Android TV or Google TV device to the internet and open its official app store. Search for a player compatible with the login format supplied for your subscription.

Install the player, open its account or playlist setup screen and carefully enter your subscription details. An app licence, if required, is separate from content access.

Allow the channel list and guide to load, then test a channel. If playback stops, check your connection and entered details before contacting support with the device model and error message.
